The ultimate meditation teacher is within each of us right now and forever. To access that teacher it takes giving yourself permission to be still, with patience. The ability to be still is one of Life’s greatest gifts yet one of the hardest to obtain.
BeStill offers you the opportunity to “practice giving yourself permission” to come and BeStill, with patience and understanding in a very safe and loving environment. Classic and esoteric meditations as well as guided meditations will be used in a very relaxed and supportive atmosphere. The intent is on being still for an hour or as long as you are able.

Join Us
The group, led by KPUMC member and yoga instructor Jeff Chandler, will meet the first Wednesday of each month beginning February 1, 2012.
Bring your blankets, pillows, jammy’s or whatever you need to be comfortable. Cost for participation is a monetary donation to the church.
- When: First Wednesdays, 7-8pm
- Where: Fellowship Hall (ground floor)
