About
Confirmation Class, taught by Pastor Charles Harrison with the assistance parent volunteers, is open to youth in grades 6th-8th who have not yet been confirmed in the UMC.
If there are older youth who have not yet been confirmed, there will be a developmentally appropriate experience provided for them in the fall of 2012.
Key dates are include:
- Wed, Jan 25th - Confirmation orientation meeting for parents from 6-7pm
- Sun, Feb 19th - Confirmation Day with the Bishop at Trietsch Memorial UMC, 2-5pm
- Sat, Apr 21st - Confirmation retreat (details coming)
- TBD - Confirmation Sunday (will determine at Jan 25th parent's meeting)

Schedule
Classes for youth begin on Wednesday, Feb 1st.
- When: Wednesdays, 6-7pm
- Where: Youth Hall (top floor)
- What: Light snacks and confirmation class
The NEXT confirmation opportunity is anticipated to be 2015.

We are needing Adults to be mentors and prayer partners for the Confirmation Class of 2012. If you would like to be a part of this Vital Ministry with Youth, please contact Amy or Charles.

We are building a GREAT Confirmation team for next year!
Amy Tawil has graciously agreed to be our Confirmation Coordinator. If you have any question and/or would like to volunteer you may contact her.
We need teaching helpers, people to provide food each week, drivers for special trips, and adult mentors, and prayer partners.
