ROBERTS FOREST GUIDELINES

RULES

Leave the Forest as clean or cleaner than you found it. Show respect for our neighbors and the community at all times. Use Roberts Forest only at your own risk.

No music is permitted before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.

No open fires are permitted at any time.

Empty and reline trash cans, and carry away all trash.

No firearms or other weapons, alcohol or drugs are permitted on church grounds at any time.

Anyone in violation of these rules will be required to vacate the premises immediately,

with no refund of fees.

PROCEDURES

Anyone who wishes to use Roberts Forest must come into the Kessler Park UMC office in person, sign the agreement, and pay fees and deposit at the time agreement is signed.

FEES

Cost for reserving Roberts Forest for a maximum of up to four hours is $100. Any usage of church electricity requires an additional $100 fee. A $300 security deposit must be paid before the reservation will be entered on the church calendar. The deposit, less fees, will be returned within 15 working days provided there has been no damage or violation of rules.

These fees may be waived in case of not-for-profit use by church members or community groups.
