Homemakers Service Class
About
The Homemakers Service Class was formed in September 2011 through the combination of the Service Class and the Homemakers Class. Both classes originated in the early 1940s, primarily as sharing and support groups for military families.

Next year will mark the 70th year of existence for the class. As a result, the history and experiences of class members lead to fascinating and enlightening discussions with a strong Biblical scripture base.

Bill Becker and Michael Van Amburgh serve as teachers of the group on a rotating basis. Most members are in the prime of their lives with uncanny wits and active brains. Curriculum includes a mixture of textual bible study series, including the Cokesbury Adult Bible Studies series, and lessons on Four-Letter Words of the Bible.

All are welcome to join the Homemakers Service Class. Contact Bill Becker or Michael Van Amburgh (214-243-0100) for more information.
