 | New Creation Choir |
About
Participation in the New Creation Choir is often a chorister’s first opportunity to make music on a regular basis with a group. We learn and sing sacred music in unison and often discuss the Bible stories about which much of our music is written.
The New Creation provides special music during morning worship services several times each year and at the Children’s Christmas Eve Service. The choir also presents a Christmas pageant or other special musical program during the Christmas season. The choir has performed at various neighborhood events and typically also presents a concert during the year at a local nursing home or retirement community.
Schedule
All children are welcome and are enthusiastically encouraged to participate! Church membership not required.
The choir 2011-2012 season is from Sep 7th through May 16th, followed by a summer break.
- Who: Age 4 - 1st grade
- When: Wednesdays, 4:15pm -5:00pm
- Where: Room 213 (top floor)
- Registration: Complete form and bring to rehearsal

- Impress all your teachers at The Kessler School.
- REALLY impress Mrs. Pearson by singing in TWO Christmas programs this year.
- You don't have to lug your musical instrument around everywhere - it's already built in!
- Get your cheeks squeezed by your grandparents.
- Share God's love with others through music!
