Jeff Chandler, RYT
Jeff Chandler, of Salamba Yoga, is registered with Yoga Alliance and his certifications include Relax and Renew Trainer and Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis. The focus at Salamba Studio is to learn proper alignment and symmetry to develop stamina. Emphasis is on building strength and self-confidence by stands, balances, forward bends, twists and backbends. Classes begin to deepen the understanding of the poses and breath work.
